Julianne Hough has found the man she hopes to two-step to the altar with someday – boyfriend Chuck Wicks.
"We definitely want to go there," she tells PEOPLE of the prospect of marrying her country singer boyfriend of five months. "The minute we met it was perfect. The first date we had we both had that feeling like we were going to fall in love with each other."

Julianne Hough may have donned her last sequin.
The two-time Dancing With the Stars champ has apparently given up any hope for a threepeat, telling E! News' Ryan Seacrest this morning that she will not be returning to the reality hit this spring.
"I'm not going to be back next season," she said on Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show. "That's final. I'm definitely not going back next season."

Dancing with the Stars professional Julianne Hough said she had a feeling last night's seventh-season results show might be the final one for her and celebrity partner Cody Linley -- however she wasn't sure why.
"I don't know what the judges were watching or thinking [during Monday night's performance show]. I don't know what they had a problem with. I think they simply had it in for Cody and didn't want him to make the finals," Hough wrote on her personal blog prior to last night's live results show.

Although newly ousted Dancing with the Stars contestant Cody Linley admits he developed a strong friendship with professional partner Julianne Hough while they competed on the show, he insists he's not "in love" with her.
"I'll do whatever it takes to prove that I am not in love with Julianne," the 18-year-old Hannah Montana actor told Jimmy Kimmel during a Wednesday night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. "But I have love for her."

Despite being booted off Tuesday's Dancing With the Stars, Cody Linley tells Usmagazine.com he is "proud, confident, and excited for the future.

Julianne Hough would love to just get up and dance. Alas, she still has a bit of recovering to do, from a condition that she says was much more serious than anyone previously thought.
The two-time Dancing With the Stars winner, who underwent surgery last week for appendicitis and complications from endometriosis, tells E! News that she hopes her experience sends a message to women who might be too nervous or embarrassed to seek help if they feel something might be wrong with them.
"I've always been honest, and to be honest, I think it can help other girls who ignore pain," Hough says. "You don't have to ignore pain."

Julianne is resting at home now after surgery

Midway through Tuesday night's "DWTS" results show, Cody Linley gave an update on the health of his pro partner Julianne Hough, who underwent surgery today.
Cody said Julianne's operation went as planned and she's now back at home resting.
Hough said her surgery will force her to take some time off from “DWTS.”

The pain that sent Julianne Hough from the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom to the hospital turned out to be more serious than a stomachache — and it will keep her off the dance floor.
The 20-year-old professional dancer and country music singer, who's partnered with "Hannah Montana" actor Cody Linley on ABC's popular dancing competition, will undergo minor surgery Tuesday to remove her appendix, according to a statement posted on her Web site Monday.
"I'm actually going into surgery tomorrow to remove my appendix, but everything is OK," Hough said on the show Monday after performing a samba routine with Linley. "I'm going to hopefully be back if everything goes as planned next week." ... Read More ...
